Lorraine Eugenio joined Brighton Financial Planning in October 2009. She joined the Brighton team to be involved in all aspects of client relationship management and financial planning. She has over 25 years of banking, trust and client administration experience.
Prior to Brighton, Lorraine was a Vice President at Fleet Bank in the Investment Management Division responsible for new business development for Corporate Trust and Municipal clients. She coordinated all aspects of new and existing bond issuances as well as developed strategies for forming strategic alliances with government banking to provide a team approach to client relationship management.
Before joining Fleet, her experience as an Assistant Vice President at Banker’s Trust Company in their corporate trust administration group provided her with unique experience. She provided support for the client administration team and developed a program to manage the trust administration for environmental cleanup superfund sites and unique escrow arrangements.
Lorraine began her banking career at JP Morgan as a corporate trust officer in their corporate training program. While with JP Morgan, Lorraine was responsible for client relationship management and new business development in connection with issuer’s bond financings. As part of the trust team she reviewed trust indentures and escrow agreements, set up various ticklers for required administrative procedures, managed all aspects of the client relationship and acted as liaison with the operations team. She also prepared new business proposals and assisted with the development of the trust group’s pricing model database.
Lorraine graduated from Montclair State University, where she received a B.S. in Business Administration in 1988. Lorraine received her certificate in Personal Financial Planning in 2017 from Bryant University and received her designation of Certified Financial Planner™ in 2018. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association and an active member of the New Jersey Chapter of the FPA’s Women’s Special Interest Group.
